In the top-right corner, click "Log in". You’ll be taken to my.estateguru.com, our secure login page.
If you typically access Estate Guru from a different link, you can continue using that as well — it leads to the same secure login.
2. Enter your username and password, then click “Sign in”
Forgot Your Username or Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, you can do so in just a few quick steps. The process is secure, and your account PIN will help verify your identity.
How to Reset Your Password
1. On the login page, click “Forgot your password?”
2. Enter your username or email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Important: If you don't see the email in your inbox after 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Click the link in the email to open the reset screen. From there, follow the steps to reset your password.
Tips for a Smooth Reset
Your new password must meet the platform’s security requirements (length, complexity, etc.).
If you’ve lost access to the email tied to your account, contact support for help recovering your login.
Important: Your PIN adds an extra layer of protection — if you’ve forgotten it, reach out to support for PIN recovery options.
